Jessica Fox

As the Program Director for Beverly School for the Deaf, I pride myself on creating programs for each student to reach his or her full potential.  Too often, educational programs try to fit students into a pre-established “box;” our program fits the box around each student, ensuring programs are individually focused for a variety of needs.

Each student at CCCBSD is capable of amazing things, although these capabilities may look very different from other children. Our goal is to highlight areas of strengths for our students, rather than deficits, focusing on communication and independence, and show the world what they CAN do.

My background includes a Bachelor’s degree in American Sign Language, a Master’s degree in Deaf Education, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Educational Leadership. I have worked at CCCBSD for 10 years, starting in the Parent Infant program as a teacher, then as director of that program.  I have had the distinct pleasure of directing the BSD program since 2012.

In my personal time, I enjoy adventures with my daughter Paige, son Lucas, and exceptionally supportive husband, Jeff.
