American Sign Language Classes

CHILDREN’S ASL CLASS

American Sign Language (ASL) is one of the most commonly used languages in the United States and is the language most embraced by the Deaf community. ASL Classes at CCCBSD focus on vocabulary, fingerspelling, grammatical structure, facial expression, and Deaf culture.

For adults ages 16 and up. Special exceptions may be made for younger learners – please inquire about this possibility.

Customized ASL Classes: The ASL team can develop a dedicated ASL class for a group of 5 or more. This class can be tailored to the needs of families, educators, professionals, and community organizations who would like to learn as a group. Please e-mail ASL@cccbsd.org for more information.
