“My book provides a first resource for educators to learn how music and the performing arts can be made accessible to all students, including those who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing,” says Kelly.

Kelly is an adaptive music educator, performer, and composer living in Massachusetts. She attended The Boston Conservatory as a musical theater major and received her Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Merrimack College. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Music Industry Leadership from Northeastern University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Kelly currently works as the Adaptive Music Teacher at The Children’s Center for Communication and The Beverly School for the Deaf.
