Clinical Coordinator/BCBA – Deaf/HH Program

BSD is recruiting for a strong BCBA clinical leader to support our Deaf/HH students.  Candidates should have strong skills in American Sign Language (ASL).  The Clinical Coordinator has primary responsibility for the oversight and development of related behavioral programming for BSD students.  The Coordinator works collaboratively with the education team to plan, design, and oversee the delivery of program-wide clinical tools and resources, which are carried out to children with a range of diverse ABA and systematic learning needs.

This position works side by side with the Education Director and Curriculum Coordinator to support classrooms with clinical programming and instruction that is data-driven and research-based.

Classrooms receive support from a complete team of specialists including: SLPs, OTs, PTs, Clinical Assistants, School Psychologist, Assistive Technology support, Adaptive Physical Education, Curriculum Specialists, and more.  Highly collaborative team setting with all of the positive benefits of a private, specialized campus in Beverly.

Candidates must have strong BCBA and interpersonal skills while thinking creatively in addressing the learning and behavioral needs of unique Deaf children.

At minimum, the 2022-23 starting salary of a first year, masters-level BCBA is in the $70s/yr and follows a step scale.  Additional benefits include: weekly professional development, a research institute and clinic, and regular collaboration with outside professionals.  July 2022 start with a 206 day school schedule, 37.5 hours per week.
