The Children’s Center for Communication
The Children’s Center for Communication (CCC) faculty and staff are highly skilled, certified, and caring professionals with experience in language and communication development and behavior management. We provide ongoing professional development as an integral part of the weekly schedule. Each morning faculty and staff are provided professional trainings and development opportunities to maintain and expand knowledge related to communication strategies, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Sign Language, educational needs, therapeutic areas, behavioral supports, collaboration, and other school-wide requirements. Staff also participate in off-site workshops and conferences which enhance their skills working with children with special developmental, language and communication needs.
